Energy and You

Your body is vibrating at this very moment. You are emitting frequencies all around you. You are a buzzing bundle of energy, and you are alive.

"When you were born, a star was born" - this is a beautiful quote that a friend shared with me not too long ago, and it is true in more than one sense of the word. The same elements that form your body, are the same elements that form the stars. You are stardust. You are but a microcosm of the absolutely grand macrocosm that exists all around us, and inside of us.

Look up at the sky. There is a whole Universe out there. Let the curvature of the earth not satisfy your needs for what is only a temporary illusion of security, but let it instead remind you of the magnificence of the planet that you call home. A planet that, like you, is vibrating at this very moment. A planet that, like you, is alive. This planet is a beautiful garden planet, suspended in a field of luminous frequency, and it has been designed to provide you with an opportunity to 'experience' the world in magnificent ways. Remember this.

You are but a temporary being, and this world is not our home. Remember the love that blessed you with form. Open your eyes, and see the truth of this existence. Open your eyes, and see the extension of that which is only a part of yourself. You are energy. We are energy. And we cannot be created or destroyed.

Life is Sexual

Life is sexual and sexuality is beautiful. Never be ashamed of sexual energy because it is a gift, and it is beautiful! Learn to embrace this energy and know that it is a divine blessing.
